This is pork from our herd of Tamworth pigs and Iron Age Pigs. They live a natural life outdoors and are fed on a diet of green beans, oats, wheat and seaweed. Their diet is Soy free and Maize free.
This pork is butchered within 3 days of slaughter, and frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine.
The delivery driver will leave the parcel in your safe place. No one needs to be home.
The courier driver will hand the parcel over in person. Someone needs to be home to sign.
