Unaged Pressure Cook
Unaged meat can be cooked in a pressure cooker rapidly in order to tenderise it. Pressure cooking (or Instant Pot Cooking) allows cuts which normally require long slow cooking to be prepared for low histamine diets because the required cooking time is greatly reduced. Eat the dish as soon as it has finished cooking, or if batch cooking, cool the inner pot quickly, then portion the dish into containers with lids and freeze immediately. Defrost portions rapidly by immersing the sealed container into tepid water, reheat portions rapidly, and eat the reheated meal immediately.
